2) Print out the registration form and fill out.

3) Calculate your payment amount.
  • Early Registration before Sept. 15: $65
  • Registration on or after Sept. 15: $75
  • Student Early Registration before Sept. 15: $40
  • Student Registration on or after Sept. 15: $45
  • Banquet: $35
All Registration fees include annual MCAA membership dues
