All academic courses meet from Monday through Thursday throughout the calendar. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are available at Shriver Center every day except for federal holidays.

ARRIVAL FRIDAY
8-10 Hours - Fly to Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
1-2 Hours - Pick up Luggage
1 Hour - Drive to Oxford, OH
1 Hour - Check into Residence Hall
2 Hours - Group Dinner at the Restaurant in Oxford

ORIENTATION SATURDAY
2-3 Hours - Welcome and Orientation Meeting
2 Hours - Get Bikes from Bike Shop
4 Hours - Ropes Course and Group Teamwork

ORIENTATION SUNDAY
2 Hours - Bike Tour of Oxford

WEEK ONE
Monday - Get Miami IDs
Monday - Turn in housing forms
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Friday - Bed Linen Exchange Day
Friday-Saturday - Excursions and/or Business Visits
Sunday - Free Day

WEEK TWO
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Friday - Bed Linen Exchange Day
Friday-Saturday - Excursions and/or Business Visits
Sunday - Free Day, Possible Group Barbeque at Miami

WEEK THREE
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Tuesday - Meeting to Discuss Chicago Trip
Friday - Bed Linen Exchange Day
Friday-Saturday - Excursions and/or Business Visits
Sunday - Free Day

WEEK FOUR
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Thursday - Leave for Chicago Trip
Friday - Sunday - Chicago Trip
Sunday Evening - Arrive back in Oxford

WEEK FIVE
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Friday-Sunday - Free Weekend

WEEK SIX
Monday-Thursday - Attend Classes
Monday - Get Certificates for Instructor Signatures
Friday - Return Bikes to Bike Shop
Friday - Closing Dinner in Oxford

DEPARTURE SATURDAY
4 Hours - Pack and Return Borrowed items
1 Hour - Room Check
1 Hour - Drive to Cincinnati Airport
1 Hour - Check In for Flight to Vienna
14-16 Hours - Fly to Vienna, Austria
